My name is Penny Bordewick. I am a junior studying Political Science, double minoring in History and Professional Writing. I am attending SIU as a Chancellor's Scholar and a member of the Honors Program. I am the Undergraduate Student Government President for the 2024-2025 academic year, proudly serving our Salukis in government. I have been involved in USG as a Senator, the Director of Academic Affairs, and the Chief of Staff, as well as the President of Model UN and the Secretary of students for Kids' Sake International. I don't have much free time, but when I get a couple minutes, I like watching Netflix (Suits is my current favorite show) and playing guitar!

Hi! My name is Raylynn Elder, and I’m from Louisville, Kentucky. I’m in my third year at SIU, majoring in Political Science, specializing in Pre-Law, and minoring in English and Paralegal Studies. I serve as a senator for the College of Liberal Arts in student government, and I’m involved in several RSOs, including the Pre-Law Association, the Organization of Paralegals, and the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute.
A few fun facts about me: I love cooking, watching TV, and spending time with my dogs. As a member of the Student Advisory Council, I’m here to listen to students and work on ideas to help improve the College of Liberal Arts.

Hello! My name is Zuzanna Gaik and I am from Elk Grove Village, IL. I am a Junior majoring in Lingustics and Sports Administration and getting a minor in Public Relations. I stay very involved on campus since it is something I enjoy doing. I am the Chief of Operations on the Executive Board for the Dawg Pound, a USG senator representing COLA, and I work for New Student Programs, where I am an Orientation Leader over the summer! I am a first generation student so I try to take advantage of all the things SIU has to offer. I have loved every part of SIU and I believe I could help you with just about anything!
