Moliere Than Thou

Timothy Mooney dressed as Moliere

Special guest artists and SIU alumnus, Timothy Mooney brings Moliere mania to SIU with his hit one-man show “Moliere than Thou,” Thursday, Nov. 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the McLeod Theater.

Mooney channels the wit and zaniness of Monsieur Moliere and many of his famous characters in an evening of delicious comedy that lampoons virtue, vice, and human folly when Moliere, on tour, finds himself abandoned by his troupe of actors and must construct a performance, playing all the characters himself.

The performance is FREE and open to the public. Funding for this event is provided by the SIU Fine Arts Activity Fee.
