Play, coping strategies for young children, mindfulness, parent-child relationships, and pediatric psychology

Graduate Teaching assistant for Careers in Psychology (Psych 202)

Future Career Plans:

Clinical work- either work as a Pediatric Psychologist in a hospital setting or as a Child Psychologist in a community health setting

What Attracted Me to SIU:

The supportive environment and collaboration between students, the opportunities in the community such as the Clinical Center, Centerstone, EDC, Brehm, and others, and the work that my advisor (Dr. Fehr) was doing in her lab.

Interesting Facts:

I enjoy spending time outside, traveling, and playing with my pet hedgehog.
