I am interested in parent and child interactions, as well as the etiology of aggression and pro social behaviors in young children. I am especially interested in the development of children in at risk populations.

Future Career Plans:
I hope to work as a researcher in the field of Clinical Psychology. I would like to evaluate parent-child interactions and behavioral risk factors for foster children to improve long-term life outcomes.
What Attracted Me to SIU:
The Child specialization was what initially attracted me to the program. Overall, the collaborative nature of the department and research productivity made SIU the best choice for me.
