Requirements:
- Complete French 320 with an A or with an overall 3.5 GPA in French courses at SIU
- Show outstanding progress in areas of French since coming to SIUC
- Be actively involved in French Table and in the French Club
- Show a genuine interest in French language, culture, and literature
