Eric Henry, a May 2001 SIU Carbondale graduate from the Economics Department, is currently working as a senior economist at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Prior to that he worked four years in the Statistics of Income Division of the IRS, with an additional two years in the Forecasting and Service Analysis Group in the Office of Research.
In addition to his work at the IRS, Eric has written an SOI Bulletin article on the Airport and Airway Trust Fund, and co-authored a paper on Income Concepts, which he presented at the American Statistical Association. Eric earned his Master's degree in Applied Economics from the John Hopkins University Zanvyl Kriger School of Arts and Sciences in May 2007.
Eric and his wife, Kim, have been happily married for almost five years and they currently reside in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
