Applying to the Performance Studies Doctorate Program
To apply you must complete the Graduate School application, a resume and/or vita, a 300 word statement of purpose and three letters of recommendation are required for application and can be uploaded to your application website or sent to the address below. Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions and GRE or GMAT scores must be sent directly to the department, and there is a $50.00 application fee which can be paid through this website.
There are a limited number of departmental assistantships available to graduate students. Assistantships cover full tuition and offer a monthly stipend for 9 months each academic year. The assistantship duties for Ph.D. students typically involve teaching our introductory theater classes. The Departmental deadline for application is February 1st.

Once we have a better idea of your interests we will put you in contact with the faculty member teaching in that area.
