Future Career Plans:

My goal is to become a professor and conduct research at a major university.

What Attracted Me to SIU:

The intentional combination of teaching, counseling, and researching experiences provided to graduate students.

Anything else you would like to add:

Even though I am in the Adult Clinical Psychology program, I spent my undergraduate internship at a family-based homeless shelter, where I provided a safe and encouraging environment for children between the ages of 2 and 4. That’s right, I got college credit to play with kids!
