Geographic Scholastic Achievement Scholarship

Each spring the Geography Scholastic Achievement Fund provides scholarships to an outstanding junior and an outstanding senior. Scholarships are awarded to selected undergraduate students who have declared Geography as their major and meet the following requirements:

Criteria of Work Completed at SIUC

  • Geography credit hours- 9+
  • Current overall grade point average - >3.00
  • Current Geography grade point average - >3.00
  • Recommendation of the Geography and Environmental Resources faculty
