Bryan Bubolz is an assistant professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. He received his Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2014. His research focuses on collective identity, the etiology of violence, and the motives and methods of desistance among members of violent street gangs and extremist groups.
