Kay Pick Zivkovich, teaches in the Communication Design program. Kay earned her B.A. in Art Education, an MFA in Drawing, Printmaking and Painting, and an MS in Education, concentrating on Higher Education and Art Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Her experience of designer, curator and art administrator were developed after establishing the Craft Shop facility and permanent art collection in the Student Center under the Student Affairs umbrella on the SIUC campus. She has been teaching in the School of Art and Design for the past 19 years.
Research Specialties include Printmaking both traditional monoprints and digital images of landscapes and figures, Drawing/Illustration, Exhibitions, and Art Administration.
